Terms and Conditions of Booking for ICM 2024
Welcome to the booking page for the International Conference on Management 2024 (ICM 2024). By Booking your accommodation on this page, you are agreeing to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.
- Booking Confirmation: Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and you have received a confirmation email from us. This email will serve as proof of your registration and purchase.
- Payment : All conference fees must be paid in full at the time of booking via our online payment gateway. Accepted methods of payment include major credit cards and other electronic payment methods as specified on the booking page.
- Refund Policy: All bookings for ICM 2024 accommodation are final and non-refundable. By agreeing to these terms
- If cancelled 62 days and over – No charges.
- If cancelled 59 – 32 days and under, 45% cancellation charges will apply.
- If cancelled 35 – 21 days and under, 75% cancellation charges will apply.
- If cancelled 20 days and under, 100% cancellation charges will apply.
- Liability:The hotel will not accept liability for personal injuries, or loss of, or damage to, private property
